Our property offers 4 double en-suite rooms available for bed and breakfast as well as the opportunity to join us for retreats. Hosted by Jack, an English chef with over 20 years of experience, you will be treated to a warm and friendly environment great for relaxation and healthiness.
The recently renovated 12th Century house comprises of 4 bedrooms, a kitchen where you will be served your delicious breakfast cooked by Chef Jack, 2 cosy living rooms for relaxing and socialising and a small private gym.
Outside we have two roof terraces for relaxing in the sunshine or taking in the fresh air and enjoying the scenery.

Sitting in amongst fields of vines and the low hills of the Minervois wine region Mailhac has many hiking trails and cycling routes. It is within easy reach of the Mediterranean coast and many places of interest.
