Market magic & masterclasses
Day 2
After savouring a communal breakfast, we'll head to the market to gather fresh, seasonal ingredients. The day continues with a hands-on class, turning market finds into delicious dishes.
Vineyard visit & more cooking
Day 3
A morning visit to a local vineyard, complete with tastings, offers insight into the wine-making process. Back at Remparts House, more cooking classes await, focusing on refining your techniques and expanding your palate.
