Jack’s background and experience
Chef Jack began his culinary career in some of London’s top restaurants, including The River Cafe and Smiths of Smithfield. With over a decade of experience in these prestigious kitchens, Jack honed his skills and developed a deep appreciation for quality ingredients and simple yet exquisite cooking.
His journey then took him aboard super yachts, where he spent 12 years as a private chef, exploring global cuisines and refining his craft. Today, Jack brings this wealth of experience to Remparts House, offering guests a unique culinary adventure.
